1. There is only one combo that does not fit this, which is 6&6 since it is equal to 12.
That means 35 out of 36 work. 35/36
As a decimal it is 0.97[tex]\overline{2} [/tex] and as a percent it is 97.[tex]\overline{2} [/tex]%. 

2. There are 6 combos in which the dice show the same value: 
1&1, 2&2, 3&3, 4&4, 5&5, 6&6 
That is 6/36, which is 1/6. 
As a decimal it is 0.1[tex]\overline{6} [/tex] and as a percent it is 16.[tex]\overline{6} [/tex]%.
